SHIPPING COSTS
- Within the United Kingdom: Free shipping on all orders.
- No Hidden Fees: All costs are clearly stated at checkout.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday.
- Last Order Time: 22:00 (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London).
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.
TRANSIT TIME
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7-10 business days.
- Business Days: Shipments occur Monday to Friday.
- Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transportation issues.
FAILED DELIVERY
In the event of a failed delivery, Noir & Pearl can only offer a resend of the order. In certain cases, when the failed delivery is due to customer error (e.g., providing an incorrect shipping address or failing to collect the package), a compensation fee of £10 will be required to cover the additional shipping costs.
Please note: We do not issue refunds for failed deliveries under any circumstances. Resending the order is the only resolution provided.

MISSING ITEMS PROCEDURE
- Reporting Missing Items: Contact our customer service within 7 business days of receiving your package via support@noirandpearl.co.uk
- Resolution: We will resolve the issue as soon as possible and send a replacement item.
