SCOPE AND INTENT
This Exchange and Return Policy applies to all purchases made through Noir & Pearl.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing it.
After this window, we reserve the right to refuse cancellation if your order is already being processed.
In that case, please wait until your order arrives and follow the return process.
To cancel, email us at support@noirandpearl.co.uk with your order number and cancellation request.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN WINDOW
Customers in the United Kingdom have the right to exchange or return products within 30 days of receipt.
STEPS TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM
1. Notification
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery via support@noirandpearl.co.uk.
Include your order number and reason for return.
2. Approval and Instructions
After approval, you’ll receive return instructions and—if applicable—a prepaid return label.
3. Packing and Shipping
Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
Include the return form (see download link below) and any other requested documents.
EXCHANGE OPTIONS
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, colour, or item, we kindly ask you to:

Complete a return for your original item.

Place a new order for the item you want.
This approach ensures faster processing and better stock availability.
RETURN COSTS

Faulty or Incorrect Items – Return shipping is fully covered by Noir & Pearl.

Change of Mind – Return costs are the customer’s responsibility.
CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE AND RETURN
Returned items must be:

In original packaging with all original labels
Excluded from return:

Custom or personalised items

Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., socks, underwear, bikinis) cannot be returned unless they are sealed and unused.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN TIMELINES

Processing time: Exchanges and refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Return reporting window: You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.
