SCOPE AND INTENT
This Exchange and Return Policy applies to all purchases made through Noir & Pearl.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placement.
To cancel, please email us at support@noirandpearl.co.uk with your order number and cancellation request.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN WINDOW
Customers in the United Kingdom have the right to exchange or return products within 14 days of receipt.
STEPS TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM
Notification:

- Contact us and return the item within 14 days of the delivery date, as confirmed by the shipping carrier, by emailing support@noirandpearl.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Provide your order number and reason for the exchange or return.

Approval and Instructions:
- After approval, you will receive detailed instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Packing and Shipping:
- Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Include the return form (downloadable below) and any requested documents.

Exchange Options:
- Replacement Product: You may request an exchange for the same product in a different size or colour.
- Alternative Product: Exchange for a different product, subject to stock availability.
RETURN COSTS
- For Faulty or Incorrect Items: No cost to the customer. Noir & Pearl covers return costs.
- For Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE AND RETURN
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
- The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:
- Custom or personalised products.
- Hygiene items (e.g., socks, underwear) unless unopened and unused.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN TIMELINES
- Exchange Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected, exchanges will be processed within 7 business days.
- Return Reporting Window: Returns must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
