30 DAY HASSLE-FREE RETURNS

At Noir & Pearl, we want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you do not like the product(s) you've ordered, we offer a hassle-free return process

RETURN POLICY OVERVIEW

Return Window: You may return items within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Condition of Items: Products must be unused, in their original condition, and sent back in the original packaging.

Hassle-Free Returns: Our customer support team is ready to guide you through the process to make returning simple.

RETURN COSTS

Defective or Incorrect Items: Free of charge. This applies if the item is wrong, damaged during shipping, or otherwise faulty.

Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the product, ordered the wrong size, or made a mistake, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Defective Item – We’ll provide a free downloadable and printable return label.
Change of Mind – The customer must arrange and cover the return shipping themselves. It will be the customer's responsibility.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@noirandpearl.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll send you a return authorization along with step-by-step guidelines.
  3. Pack Your Item: Place the product securely in its original packaging, including tags, accessories, and any documents.
  4. Attach the Label: If eligible, we’ll provide a prepaid return label for you to print and affix to the parcel.
  5. Send the Parcel: Drop it off at the designated carrier location specified in your return instructions.
  6. Restocking Fees: No restocking fees apply.

REFUND PROCESS

Inspection: Once your return reaches us, we’ll inspect it to ensure it complies with our return conditions.
Refund: Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, this may take up to 7 business days.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer exchanges. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable. These will always be clearly marked in the product description.
